Hearing Aids in Miami

The best thing about family businesses is the fact that they are run by people that genuinely care about your well-being. When you work with and gain experience from your loved ones, you find an understanding and compromising environment that is a lot harder to cultivate outside of a family business.

Dr. Joseph Durán, our head Audiologist and co-president at New Generation Hearing, grew up around people that are hearing impaired as his parents had been in the hearing business since 1974. It helps him and the other co-president of NGH, his sister Yvette Durán Someillán, work with a compassionate touch.

What our customers need at NGH is not a “one-fix for all” approach. They deserve customized care. For example, one of the patients in our practice is a teacher. He wasn’t able to hear the people in the last row of his class so we found the right product for him that would help him hear people from far away while teaching, but be able to focus to shorter distances when out of class. This custom approach to hearing aids helps our business stand out.

People with hearing loss aren’t the only ones that suffer, it’s often the people that want to communicate with them that end up being the deciding factor in their hearing aid decision process (see Why You Really Need a Hearing Aid for more). We understand that because family is our deciding factor in our business. This practice is part of us and we care for our own.

Come to our Miami office for a free consultation, available in English and Spanish, so that we can show you hands on what it’s like to get a hearing aid from someone that wants to create a solution to enhance your life, not just sell you a product. Join the family.
