2010 New Ear’s Resolution for Hearing Loss
What better time than now to make a resolution and save your health at the same time. Many people have been affected with hearing loss this past year and the numbers keep increasing. Giving up bad habits can reverse most causes of hearing loss. Some causes related to hearing loss are smoking tobacco/cigarettes, fast food/unhealthy diet, loud environments, and loud music. By reducing the amount of the following habits or completely kicking them to the curb, one can prevent themselves from being one of the millions who are affected by hearing loss every year.
Make sure to get your hearing checked at your local hearing center by a professional. Many people who are hard of hearing are in a state of denial and need your help to seek the proper medication.
